LivetechIndia is hiring a Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates (MMS, MBA, Marketing) looking to kickstart a career in business development, client engagement, and marketing. The role involves visiting colleges, building relationships, promoting services, and delivering presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to identify potential college partners.
Visit colleges, engage with students/faculty, and build connections.
Conduct presentations and promotional activities about LivetechIndia’s services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Assist in closing agreements with colleges and educational institutions.
Organize and participate in college events, fairs, and recruitment drives.
Provide regular updates to the business development team.
Performance-Based Full-Time Role Transition:
After 5 months, successful candidates will be considered for a full-time role with a salary of up to ₹3.5 Lakhs per annum.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in business development or marketing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable visiting colleges and delivering presentations.
Immediate joining preferred.
