VIIE is hiring a Senior Marketing Executive!

Responsibilities
i. Share your knowledge and helping customers (students/parents) on a variety of products using a customer focused approach
ii. Send personal, strategic, value-add emails, calls and social messages (no copying and pasting)
iii. Secure meetings for your personal counselling sessions
iv. Record all activities on internal files
v. Bring new partners, like School and Classes, on board and maintain relationships with existing partners
vi. Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the institution’s products
vii. Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/partner expectations
viii. Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/partners and the salesforce & academic team
ix. Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
x. Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts
xi. Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales
xii. Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities
xiii. Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns
xiv. Provide relevant offers to meet sales targets
xv. Identify prospects through various lead generation activities, including direct mailing, advertising, cold calling on key industry players and referral programs
xvi. Call prospects to understand their enrollment decision makers, decision making process and criteria, and their needs
i. Host regular webinars and seminars as required for different programs
ii. Drive new business/customer development to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals by planning for and conducting prospecting/introductory calls with sufficient volume to establish a full calendar of phone meetings and application demonstrations

Qualifications
xvii. BE/BMS/BSc IT
xviii. Master's degrees such as MBA/MMS/PGDM - preferably in Marketing/Sales
xix. 1-2 years of experience is preferred
xx. Knowledge of end-to-end study abroad process is preferred
xxi. Bonus if you have experience in sales in the education sector
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
