Job Title: Business Development Officer (Fresher)
Location: India & South Asia (Travel Required)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Business Development Officer to establish partnerships with schools and colleges across India and South Asia. The role involves visiting educational institutions, promoting collaborations, and driving student enrollments. Ideal candidates should have strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Institutional Outreach: Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to present collaboration opportunities.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with principals, deans, and decision-makers for long-term partnerships.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential institutions for collaboration, conduct meetings, and close agreements.
Event Coordination: Organize seminars, workshops, and presentations for students and educators.
Market Research: Gather insights on educational trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the region.
Travel & Networking: Travel extensively across assigned regions to expand the company’s reach.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of visits, meetings, and progress reports for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
Ability to travel extensively within India and South Asia.
Confident personality with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Freshers with internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or education outreach will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
