Job Title: Business Development Officer (BDO) Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of the BDO will be to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
- Provide regular reports on sales and business development activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation and networking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
