Key Responsibilities:
· Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities: This includes researching potential clients, markets, and partnerships within the healthcare sector.
· Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare providers, and industry partners is crucial.
· Developing and Executing Strategic Plans: Creating and implementing business development strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
· Conducting Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
· Preparing and Delivering Presentations and Proposals: Effectively communicating the company's value proposition to potential clients.
· Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development strategies.
· Managing Sales Pipeline and Achieving Revenue Targets: Tracking progress, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring revenue goals are met.
· Attending Industry Events: Networking with potential clients and staying updated on industry trends.
· Negotiating Contracts and Agreements: Finalizing deals with clients and partners.
· Monitoring and Reporting on Business Development Activities: Providing regular updates on progress and performance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven Experience:
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
· Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for presentations, proposals, and relationship building.
· Negotiation Skills:
The ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively.
· Analytical Skills:
The ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans.
· Relationship Building Skills:
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
· Bachelor's Degree:
A bachelor's degree in pharma, Marketing, Microbiology,Healthcare Management, or a related field is typically required.
