Business Development
Key Account Manager in the Live Commerce team (Business Development) is responsible for the following:
• Supplier Onboarding: a. Onboard 30-35 suppliers on company's Live platform on a weekly basis. b. Get seller agreement to stream on all eligible catalogs. c. Retain onboarded sellers.
• Supplier Relationships - KAM would need to interact with the suppliers for the following: a. Single POC for all stream related communications b. Training and stream slot finalization c. Suggesting and receiving final catalog details for the stream d. Communicating stream performance details e. Discussing and getting approvals for experiments
• Stream Operations - a. Creating and scheduling streams for your suppliers as per SOP b. Ensuring hygiene of stream specific communications c. Highlighting stream issues/glitches quickly d. Any other Ops task which might be required
Key Requirements
Following are the requirements for an ideal candidate:
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Sales, Business Development, experience in e-commerce companies (preferably Filpkart/Amazon)
• Basic Excel skills
• Fluent in Hindi and English Requirement before Interview Candidate should have read about the basic concept of Live Commerce
