Your Role:
Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
Create and implement recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
Stay informed on industry trends and market insights.
Deliver high-quality service to both clients and candidates.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in 360 recruitment, business development, or sales.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and grow.
Experience in any industry sector is welcomed; exposure to engineering, accounting and finance, legal, manufacturing, or trades recruitment is a plus.
