Job Title: Business Development Representative
Experience: 0-1 year
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Generate 8 to 10 Qualified Appointments in a month.
• Help the Sales team in Closure by doing relevant client communication
• Understand Ideal Customers of the companies and Draft Responses to the Prospect on their Challenges
• Identify & Approach Key Decision-makers with the Prospects
• Identify & Approach Key Influencers with the Prospects
• Send 40 to 55 highly Personalized emails to Decision Makers & Influencers
• Make 100+ Warm/Cold Call to Qualify the Prospects
• Create an Email Template Library
• Send Linkedin Requests & In emails to Prospects and Increase the chance of Success
• Utilize Companies CRM tool to run all the activities
• Report to Pod Manager
• Fill Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report
• Be a part of the Meetings suggested by Pod Manager.
Skills Required:
● Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
● Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
● Excellent listening skills.
● Strong written communication skills.
● Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
● Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
● Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
● High level of integrity and work ethic.
