We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Wellington team, with a proven track record in Sales within the construction industry.

The Ideal Candidate

Driven by a strong desire to generate and close new business, you excel at both prospecting through cold calls and converting inbound warm leads. You leverage your existing network of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Commercial Construction and Infrastructure clients to drive growth and expand opportunities. In addition, you go the extra mile to ensure the maintenance and strengthening of our existing customer relationships.

The successful candidate will be provided with a Tool of Trade vehicle; thus, a valid Driver's license is required.



What to Expect

You will collaborate closely with our marketing, estimating, and central support teams to identify and research new opportunities, both within organisations and among individuals.

Occasionally, you may be asked to attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to enhance our presence.

Developing quotes and proposals for clients will be an integral part of your role, and you may be required to travel interstate or internationally as needed.

Our recruitment process will involve a pre-employment medical assessment which will include both drug and ******* screening.
