About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and creative Marketing Professional to spearhead our 360° marketing efforts across both digital and offline platforms. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution, lead generation, and client engagement. If you're a proactive marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable with cold calling, this is a growth-driven opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, offline).
Generate and Manage leads via e-commerce platforms, directories, portals, and outreach.
Make cold calls to potential clients, handle objections, and convert leads into business.
Must have hands-on experience in hard cold calling and sales closure.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified business opportunities.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare actionable reports (ROI, KPIs).
Manage CRM systems; ensure clean lead tracking and pipeline visibility.
Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events (as required).
Contribute to internal brainstorming and cross-functional growth efforts.
Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, etc., for content and research automation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or relevant field.
3-4 years of marketing experience, including lead generation & cold calling.
Strong marketing skills – Digital, email, CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
Strategic thinker with a bias for execution.
Proficiency in LinkedIn for lead gen, branding & outreach.
Strong analytical, organizational & multitasking capabilities.
