About the Internship:
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated, ambitious business development intern to join our team and help us expand our business. This role is for our Education (Digital Marketing Training) segment. As a BD Intern, the candidate will be responsible for connecting with new leads/prospects and prompting them to visit our institute branch by establishing the initial conversation with them.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Connect with active & new prospects/companies and effectively present our courses.
2. Answer inbound queries as well as connect with daily leads for promotion of the services/courses offered
3. Explain our courses/services and their benefits
4. Help expand the company, investigate possible growth prospects, and then assist and supervise their execution
5. Find and contact potential organizations/colleges that might be interested in adding digital marketing courses to their existing programs.
Selected candidates should:
1. Have an understanding of sales. Candidate should be confident with building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
2. Strategize and develop new marketing strategies.
3. Have good persuasive skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
4. Have effective communication skills, listening skills, and persuasive techniques to engage with individuals over the phone/email and also in-person meetings.
