About Company:
We serve as an employer for small enterprises' workforce, self-employed people, unrecognized sector workers, and SHGs. We work on job role-based skill development for the employability of privileged & deprived masses, employment generation for placement across domestic and overseas locations, skill recognition for employed or self-employed people for career enhancement, and upskilling for employed or self-employed people for career enhancement. We also facilitate job seekers from the skill development ecosystem for placement and create employer awareness to leverage government schemes. We facilitate global market linkages for community trade produce & other services and are imparting life skill education for all including sports, athletics, yoga, etc.
We establish manpower-intensive units to serve our core objective of employment generation, by creating skill trainers in various fields as a trainer program to extend our efforts to see India recognized as a global guru.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding targeted service offerings
2. Mobilizing small sector organizations and such workplaces, those employed workforces without extending regular employment benefits (we wish to extend the benefits which will be advantageous for both employers as well as employees)
3. Mobilizing through meeting with consultants, volunteers, employers, start-up aspirants, and job-seekers through all possible sources in the targeted geographical area
4. Popularizing job opportunities and self-employment opportunities through all possible channels
5. Working on grants writing, tender preparation, and bidding for new leads generated
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st Oct'23 and 5th Nov'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
