About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Drive lead generation through the development and nurturing of referral partner relationships, supplemented with cold lead profiling and generation
Drive brand awareness and lead generation through networking, social media and online marketing campaigns, and other creative avenues
Partner with the Director of Business Development to introduce and nurture client prospects through the entirety of the sales process from identifying client lead, running the initial discovery calls, and closing the sale
Work strategically with the Financial Operations team and ensure a successful handoff from the sales process to implementation
Demonstrable previous sales performance
Experience with applications software, including CRM skills
Prospecting skills and ability to deliver value proposition via phone, email, social media, and other methods
Loads of initiative and ability to work autonomously
Resilience, drive and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for building strong relationships
Attention to detail and follow-up
