About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Take inbound calls and convert the leads into our client
• Possess a basic understanding of IT and technical stacks to effectively communicate with technical stakeholders and comprehend product offerings
• Articulate the value proposition of our products and services clearly and persuasively, tailoring your communication to different audiences
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
• Gather feedback from clients and customers to help improve our products and services
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions using CRM software
• Understand the business challenges and needs of clients and customers, and recommend suitable products and services
