About The Internship
As a niche real estate advisory firm dealing in high-end residential and commercial real estate in Mumbai, we seek to employ young graduates with pleasing personalities to work as sales associates. The candidate should have a good command of languages spoken, including English. The candidate would be required to take care of the entire 'customer life cycle' with a focus on customer acquisition and retention. The candidate would be expected to handle the sales process in its entirety.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Engaging in cold calling and taking actions as required to generate business leads
• Pitching suitable options to the clients and engaging with them until they come to the table and close the deal
• Liaising with developers, channel partners, and brokers to convert business leads into sales
• Undertaking correspondence, billing, payments, collections, performance reporting, and such other work as assigned
