About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with the clients/customers
2. Setting up appointments
3. Making outbound calls
4. Handling inquiries/complaints from customers and targeting satisfactory closure
5. Developing relationships with clients and customers, thus enhancing the business
6. Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email
Required:
1. Candidates must be good in hindi and english language.
2. Customer satisfaction and improved services
3. Consistency in quality
4. Target oriented
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th May'23 and 1+th Jun'23
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
