Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development & Sales Executive to join our dynamic tea brand team. The primary focus of this role will be to drive sales to corporate clients through effective networking and targeted event participation. As a Business Development & Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our corporate client base and establishing strong partnerships to drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for tea and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential corporate clients within a designated territory or industry segment.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective market research, cold calling, networking, and attending relevant industry events.

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in targeted organizations.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our tea brand.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, proposals, and other materials to support the sales process.

Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term relationships.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team.

Stay updated on industry trends, tea market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the F&B or gifting industry.

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach.

Knowledge of the tea industry and familiarity with various tea products is a plus.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows as required.
