Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive our client acquisition efforts. The candidate will work exclusively in-office and focus on prospecting, nurturing, and converting leads from company-provided datasets. The role demands a proactive professional with prior business development or inside sales experience in IT/software or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Work on company-provided leads/datasets to generate qualified prospects.
Proactively reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Build strong client relationships and effectively communicate Juniperforge’s offerings.
Set up meetings/demos for the senior sales team and ensure smooth handover of leads.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on client needs and market trends.
Requirements
Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Tele-calling in IT/software/digital solutions.
Proven track record of achieving targets in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Familiarity with digital solutions (CRMs, websites, apps, or automation tools).
Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
Ability to work full-time, in-office with no remote flexibility.
