Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base through outbound sales efforts
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities to expand our services
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our solutions and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in outbound sales
• Strong business acumen and understanding of outbound sales principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to drive deals to a successful conclusion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales strategies
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is highly desirable
