• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development and lead generation within the IT services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong network and existing client base in the IT and BPO sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
