Business Development Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement assigned marketing initiatives through distributors and authorized resellers.
• Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and authorized resellers for improvement.
• Track distribution, market share, and take appropriate steps to meet growth objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage resources to meet business goals.
• Build positive relationships with authorized distributors, resellers, and their key customers.
• Monitor market conditions, emerging trends, and provide feedback to enhance marketing offers.
• Manage enquiries, disputes, claims, and complaints raised by customers with cross-functional team support.
• Train and coach distributors and sales staff.
About You:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution (CGPA 7 and above).
• A minimum of three years' total work experience in B2C/Retail Sales in Automotive, FMCG, Paints, or similar industries.
• Ability to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Willingness to travel.
