???? Business Development Associate (1–2 yrs)
???? Senior BDA (2–3 yrs)
???? Team Lead – BD (4+ yrs, incl. 1 yr team handling)
???? What we’re looking for:
• Experience in EdTech sales (tech courses a big plus)
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Comfort with high-ticket sales (₹1L–₹3L programs)
• Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
• A hunger to grow, lead, and win consistently
