• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Business Development & New Client Acquisition
• Account Management & Account Mining with existing customers
• Maintain client relationship and satisfaction.
• Scaling & managing delivery organization for business growth
• Support business development activities by representing the team in prospect meetings, contributing to proposals, and creating/validating implementation estimates.
• Participate in alliance partner events and functions.
Qualification:
• Minimum 12+ years of IT experience across presales, delivery, and practice management.
• At least 3+ years of that in selling and delivering Salesforce solutions.
• You’ve worked in the Salesforce.org ecosystem and have deep familiarity with the market, technology, and the Salesforce.org alliances and sales leaders.
• Experience in leading client engagement and building relationships at CXO levels
• Deep knowledge and expertise across the solution set of Salesforce – Sales, Service, Marketing etc.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform – force.com, Apex, LWC, Integrations.
• Successful deliveries of large, complex salesforce programs spanning multiple solutions, integration and deployments.
• Salesforce Certifications would be a plus
