Job Description Job Description (Business Driver - Gas and Liquid Analyser Systems) Location : Head Office, Mumbai Reporting to : Marketing About Company Endress+Hauser is a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services and solutions for industrial process engineering. To know more about Endress+Hauser visit Main Tasks: Orders Delivers agreed business targets for gas and liquid analytical products, systems and services for India. Ensures detailed business/sales plans are in place with regular follow up. Drives the growth of the top line in assigned industry segments of O&G., F&B, Chemical, W&WW, LSI, Power and Primaries Industries. Strategic Alignment - Interprets the Global & Regional industry segment strategy for the analytical offering to meet Country requirements and implements with country specific action plans in conjunction with regional support. Sales & Marketing Implements Sales Channel market development activities such as joint customer visits, technical presentations at exhibitions / conferences etc. aimed at specific target applications for the assigned industry segment. Customer Relationship - Builds and maintains strong relationships at senior levels with the key stakeholders. People Development - Trains and Develops local team members on products / applications and maintains a long-term plan for having the desired competency level in the country. Qualification + Profile Qualification: BE/BTech (Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical) 15-20 years of experience Good understanding of Process Analyser Systems, various principles of measurement and Sample handling systems Analytical measurement techniques/ spectroscopy techniques in Gas and Liquid measurements/SWAS. Relevant experience from Engineering and Project management Good Application knowledge and Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power and Life Science.
