Manages all aspects of process, tools and frameworks development lifecycle, including hands-on technical design and build, to support the enablement of our Strategic Portfolio Management and Project/Program Management practice.

Investigates and identifies strategies to optimize Delivery operations and services, and inform business stakeholder decisioning. Defines business requirements to inform solution build and operations by sourcing and analyzing relevant data, reviewing and documenting business processes and collaborating with Delivery stakeholders. Sources business and market data to evaluate the effect of tools and platforms. Identifies and analyzes malfunctions, system workflow, and troubleshoots issues raised by the Delivery group and its stakeholders.

Elicits requirements and analyzes feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve the expected business outcomes.
Supports various teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with the defined requirements.
Develops informative, coherent, and usable process and technical documents covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
Applies depth of domain & functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive the expected business value.
Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
Builds tests cases in order to validate business requirements and End-User Testing results.
Serves as a hands-on resource for the design, build, testing and deployment of home-grown technical solutions.
Applies expertise and thinks creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and non-routine.
Implements changes in response to shifting trends.
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.
Salary:

$94,600.00 - $176,000.00

Pay Type:

Salaried

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
