Job Description
We are looking for qualified and experienced English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructors to join our dynamic team. Our language center offers a variety of shifts, with the possibility for teachers to work days and evenings.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver general and business English lessons tailored to meet the specific needs of professionals in various industries, focusing on communication skills.
Provide regular feedback on student progress, offering guidance on how to improve language proficiency.
Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions, adapting teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and performance, providing reports as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Business, or a related field.
TESL/ CELTA certification or equivalent qualification.
Native or near-native proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in teaching English to professionals, ideally with a focus on corporate or industry-specific communication.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms for virtual classes (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Live in Canada and be legally authorized to work in the country.
