Roles and Responsibilities:
• Familiarizing yourself with all services and solutions offered by our company.
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added services and solutions that may be of interest to clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Great networking skills and ability to generate leads.
• Ability to identify the market and promote the services in that specific market.
• Ability to write marketing content, Emails, and social media content.
• Learning attitude to learning tools used for marketing and lead generation.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Keen interest in achieving targets assigned.
• Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
