Job Description
We are a growing marketing agency looking for a business development executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, including developing and implementing business development strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing data to drive results.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industries to generate new business leads.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to establish partnerships and secure new business opportunities.
Conduct a market analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and materials.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the company's value proposition.
Negotiate and close business deals, including contract terms and pricing agreements, to meet revenue targets.
Monitor and evaluate market conditions, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and operations, to ensure seamless execution of new partnerships and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the management team.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing
Proven work experience as a business development executive or in a similar sales or business development role
Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and business development strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to identify and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
