We are seeking experienced and qualified professionals to join us as Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager - Business Finance (Financing Planning & Analysis) at our Mumbai Head Office.
Position Details
Position: Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager - Business Finance (Financing Planning & Analysis)
Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai
Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: Chartered Accountant and active member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant in a regulated financial institution, preferably in any Bank.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Bank Budget and Performance monitoring.
• Branch Business and P&L Budgets and Performance monitoring.
• Segment Business / P&L Budgets Performance monitoring.
• Product-wise P&L Budgets and Performance monitoring.
• Co-ordination / communication with Branches / departments for various data collation and analysis.
• Peer Bank Analysis – Balance Sheet, P&L, Key Ratio analysis.
• Branch Key Parameter Monthly Analysis: CASA, CASA AMB, Advances (Retail / Wholesale), Processing Fees, Locker Occupancy; etc.
• Annual Awards – Branch ranking on key parameters.
• Cost Benefit Analysis (need based).
• Review and analysis of Merger / acquisition proposals (need based)
• Co-ordination for Annual Business Plan – from Finance perspective (to be submitted to the RBI)
• Analysis of RBI Circulars / notifications
• Co-ordination for LTSB / PNCPS / Capital augmentation from Finance perspective
• Co-ordination for CEF from Finance perspective
• Review of RBI Returns
• Submissions / Compliance to CERMO
• Review and analysis of Loss Making Branches Finance perspective.
