The company develops and produces both scripted and unscripted premium formats for leading streaming platforms including Amazon MX Player and JioHotstar , while also reaching millions of viewers through its digital IPs.

Rusk Studios has produced flagship unscripted properties such as Battleground on Amazon MX Player , India’s first fitness entertainment competition featuring celebrity mentors like Shikhar Dhawan, Rubina Dilaik, Fukra Insaan, Rajat Dalal and Asim Riaz and Engaged on JioHotstar featuring Urfi Javed and Harsh Gujral , a high-engagement reality show exploring modern relationships.

In addition to OTT originals, Rusk Media operates Alright , its flagship digital channel and distribution network across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook , reaching millions of Gen-Z and millennial viewers every month .

Responsibilities:
Act as the finance partner for content operations and supply chain, driving sharp, data-backed decisions across production, post, and distribution Own planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned to content pipelines, releases, and platform demand Lead high-impact initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-to-serve across the content supply chain Deep dive into key cost drivers (vendors, post-production, storage, distribution) and build a strong cost-to-serve view Use data to identify bottlenecks and build models for throughput, capacity planning, and turnaround optimization Partner with ops, product, tech, and vendors to turn insights into scalable systems and real execution Drive ROI thinking across tools, automation, and vendor decisions while maintaining strong financial discipline Build simple, high-impact dashboards and influence stakeholders with clear trade-offs across cost, speed, and quality
Qualifications:
CA (preferred) or MBA (Finance) with 1–3 years of experience Background in Business Finance, Ops Excellence, or Program roles (high-growth setups preferred) Strong fundamentals in FP&A, cost analytics, and financial controls Comfortable with financial modeling, forecasting, and ROI-driven decision making Good understanding of operational metrics (efficiency, throughput, cost-to-serve) Structured, high-ownership mindset with a bias for action; thrives in fast-paced environments
