Job Title – AVP- Business Functional Analyst
Location: Pune
FIC Operations Technology within the Investment Banking Division of Deutsche Bank is responsible for building and managing the Documentation & Settlement applications to support Operations Division in managing the trade lifecycle across Interest Rates, Credit, Equities (OTC Derivatives), Foreign Exchange & Money Market businesses.
As part of FIC Re-engineering program, our group is building cross-asset Documentation (DICE) and Settlement (CSE) platforms.

Your key responsibilities
• Demonstrate strong understanding of capital market/loans products across IB/CB/PB and related trade economics with excellent understanding of technology and domain
• Work with various Business, Finance Change, Consumer & CCO Architects to arrive at product delivery road map against the current state system data flows & suggest the future state data flows for the project at hand
• Ensure adequate Business requirement document covering all aspects of data sourcing with alignment to strategic data sourcing principles is delivered by business analysts.
• End-to-End delivery of the data in the financial reporting landscape covering the source system analysis to final delivery of data in financial reporting data warehouse
• Provide Technical and functional expertise in design of the ETL processes for onboarding of feeds to data warehouse
• Conduct walkthroughs to validate the Business requirement document and supporting artifacts with all the stakeholders
• Work with Technology team, Operations Teams, Change Teams, Group Architecture, and other work streams within the program to obtain sign off on the FDS
• Create presentation and training packs in support of the designed process
• Provide support to testing and the RTB teams in test execution and planning from data sourcing perspective.
Your skills and experience
• Overall, 7-10 years' experience primarily in finance or risk domain with Excellent knowledge of capital market products, reference data and technology (Oracle/Informatica)
• Should have worked in scaled agile and understand of Sr BFA/ IT Product Owner responsibilities
• Excellent understanding of GCDS and FDS (financial data standard which native consumer logical/physical data model) and be able to drive requirements based on it.
• Excellent understanding of RFT IT system landscape
• Strong experience in business and functional analysis in data sourcing space
• Extensive experience of working on Oracle database and adept at data analysis using SQL/Excel.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, conversant with JSON and XML schemas
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Superior analytical skills and Good understanding of project life cycle
