🎯 Role: Business Growth Intern (BDE)
We’re hiring dynamic Business Development (Growth) Interns to accelerate our outreach and client acquisition. You'll play a key role in generating leads, managing client communication, and helping Scalezix grow.
📌 Responsibilities
• Lead generation via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Build prospect lists and engage with potential clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to create pitch materials and proposals
• Assist in onboarding and managing client communications
• Update CRM and report weekly outreach & lead status
• Learn and apply growth strategies to real business scenarios
🧠 Who We're Looking For
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Interest in tech, websites, and business growth
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Canva is a plus
💰 Stipend & Incentives
• Stipend: Performance-based, up to ₹15,000/month
• Incentives:
