We are looking for a Business Head who can take ownership of growth, client relationships, operations, and revenue expansion – ensuring that DigitalDose continues to evolve as a go-to marketing partner for startups, SMEs, and enterprises.

Role Overview

The Business Head will be the strategic driver of our agency’s growth. You will be responsible for building business pipelines, strengthening client relationships, ensuring service excellence, managing P&L, and scaling teams. This role requires deep digital marketing knowledge, strong business acumen, and proven leadership in agency or consulting environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Strategy

• Develop and execute short-term and long-term growth strategies for the agency.

• Drive new client acquisition across industries while strengthening existing accounts.

• Identify opportunities for service diversification (SEO, Paid Ads, Influencer Marketing, Web Development, AI Marketing Tools, etc.).

• Build a strong positioning of DigitalDose as an innovative digital-first brand.

2. Revenue & Financial Leadership

• Own P&L management – drive revenue growth and profitability.

• Create and optimize pricing models, retainers, and subscription packages.

• Manage business forecasts, budgets, and financial planning in line with growth targets.

3. Client Success & Relationship Management

• Act as the face of the agency for high-value clients and strategic accounts.

• Ensure client satisfaction through consistent delivery of results and value.

• Build long-term partnerships by upselling/cross-selling services.

4. Operations & Process Excellence

• Oversee agency operations across sales, marketing, creative, and performance teams.

• Establish SOPs, KPIs, and dashboards for operational efficiency.

• Ensure smooth project delivery, timely execution, and high-quality output.

5. Team Leadership & Culture

• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across business development, strategy, and creative execution.

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

• Develop training programs to upskill teams in the latest digital tools and trends.

6. Innovation & Market Expansion

• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends (AI in marketing, influencer commerce, performance media, Web3, AR/VR campaigns).

• Expand the agency’s reach into new geographies and industries.

• Launch thought-leadership initiatives (webinars, workshops, content marketing) to boost agency credibility.

7. Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Collaborate with founders, investors, and partners to align on vision and targets.

• Forge alliances with tech platforms, media houses, and influencers to strengthen service offerings.

• Represent DigitalDose at industry events, conferences, and digital forums.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Strategy, or related fields (preferred).

• Experience:

• 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing/advertising, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.

• Proven success in scaling an agency or leading business units in digital/creative industries.

• Business Acumen: Strong background in sales, marketing strategy, operations, and finance.

• Leadership: Experience in managing cross-functional teams and nurturing talent.

• Client Handling: Ability to handle CXO-level conversations and large-scale brand accounts.

• Digital Expertise: Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Paid Media, Content, Influencer Marketing, and Analytics.

• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, target-driven, adaptable to the fast-changing digital ecosystem.
