Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Collection
1)Plan and achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales & collection,
2) Achieve category wise monthly Sales target.
3) Ensure sales phasing for the month, weekly sales targets.4Drive new/focus product sales
5) Receivables realisation.
6) Devise and implement sales promotion schemes for retailers in order to generate demand for Eicher Genuine Parts and Lubricants.
Business Development
1) Network expansion, appointment of new channel partners (retailers and Mechanics) and hand holding their growth with us.
2Drive MLP(Mechanic Loyalty Program) & RLP(Retailer Loyalty Program) programs
3)Plan to maximize reach in all town categories
4) Sales activation plan, marketing activities including customer meets & brand positioning.
5)Mediate and resolve/escalate customer issues in shortest possible timeframe.
6)Coordinate with Digital marketing team for effective use of digital media.
People
1)Review performance of team and provide necessary inputs for performance.
2) Recruit, Review & Coach team for expected performance output
3) Identify non performers and develop/replace
4) Drive R&R, employee engagement initiatives
5) Keep himself and team abreast of the applications and softwares of VECV & Beekay
Competitor Analysis
1)Market Information system and trend analysiss
2) Competition Analysis, analytics for forecasting and new product development
