Our client, a premier film and video production company with a global production network, is looking to hire a seasoned and passionate Business Head to lead their growth strategy, drive sales & revenue and build strong client-relationships in the Indian & global market.

The organization powers some of the big brands with its tech-enabled, end-to-end film and video production capabilities, and caters to clients across pharma, IT, SAAS, engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, BFSI, and fintech industry.

Role: Business Head - Ad Sales

Industry: Online Media (Advertising & Video Production)

Location: Bangalore (Central)

Qualifications:
• 15+ years of sales/revenue growth experience in Advertising/ Events/ Film & Video industry
• Experience in global markets/ global clients is highly preferred

Key Deliverables:

1. Business Growth
• Responsible for continuously driving sales and revenue growth for the company.
• Strategize and implement plans to increase revenue and profitability while understanding the business model, technology, and services.
• Strive to make the organization the go-to partner for video content by strengthening relationships with key accounts locally and globally and establishing strategic partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain relationships with global clients, identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to increase the company's sales revenue.

2. Leadership & Mentoring
• Hire, train, and manage a team of professionals to ensure they deliver the best customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Develop sales and servicing functions, processes, and strategies to achieve set goals and promote a global-quality client experience.
• Foster a technology-centric work culture that leverages data-driven insights to improve performance and drive innovation.

3. Collaboration
• Work closely with your creative counterpart in leading the organization towards stronger revenues, stronger margins, better creativity, and high consistent delivery quality.
• Foster an open and positive work environment where everyone can share their ideas and opinions and ensure that the team works towards a common goal.
• Responsible for building strong external partnerships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

4. Industry Knowledge & Innovation
• Be a change driver, identify opportunities for improvement and lead the charge to implement new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the ad film production industry, stay up to date on trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
• Keep a close eye on industry developments, technological advancements, and customer preferences to seize new growth prospects and maintain a strong market position.

Must Have Skills:
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, across different regions and levels.
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented, client focused and proactive.
• Possess a strong business acumen along with a sound understanding of sales & client servicing.
• Creative, problem solver with ability and experience in understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions
