Key Accountabilities
Applicant will be responsible for driving credit card acquisition program which includes project management, sales channel development and user journeys management.
The role will include rolling out new product features as well as enhancing existing features.
Assess relevant customer, competitor, and industry insights to help define strategies to improve client experience and portfolio growth - Stakeholder and vendor management.
Manage external partners including Payment Networks, Card Partners etc. and related governance including pricing and compliance to regulatory norms and card guidelines.
Advise and provide insight and recommendations on innovative and strategic product development, including market demands, technology trends and the competitive fields. Manage product financial performance including identifying opportunities and gaps and developing business strategies.
Will own the P/L of the Credit Card business – topline and bottom line. Constantly monitor all revenue items, opex items and provisions with respect to the P&L.
Support in conducting reviews, automate MIS and tracking.
Experience
- Conversant on card systems on originations, card management and interface with other linked systems.
