Key Accountability
1. Manage and own the Digital ad sales P&L at The Media Ant
2. Develop and implement the Go to Market strategy for the digital business
3. Work closely with the Sales, Planning and Buying teams to build the right solutions for the clients
4. Maintain an active relationship with the key vendors
5. Maintain relationship with the key accounts
Requirements
· 8-12 years of total experience
· Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital planning and/or Digital ad sales
· Demonstrated experience in building a business
· Experience in managing clients/partners and driving them toward the desired outcome
· Should have handled a team
· Strong problem-solver and ambitious
· Entrepreneurial
Day-to-Day Work
· Looking at the leads pipeline and building process to deliver high conversion
· Training the Sales team and providing thought leadership so that the team can approach clients and open up the possibilities of working with TheMediaAnt
· Monitoring the solutions provided to the clients and improving them
· Negotiate with Publishers and optimize the annual/quarterly incentive deals
