Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and vision for HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd's digital marketing initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Identify and implement new digital marketing tools and tactics to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Management & Optimization :
- Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e. , SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Report on digital marketing activities and results to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor/masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing digital marketing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, best practices, and metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
