Business Head E-commerce and Marketing
To continue operating at our high standards, we're seeking a Business Head who is able monitor and oversee the activities of the company and its employees. Small businesses rely on a business manager to keep employees in line with the company's goals. They can establish and implement budgets, prepare reports on senior management and ensure that the department complies with company policies. Managers also ensure that employees have the resources to complete their work.
Location – Jaipur
Experience – 10 to 12
Responsibilities
• The role involves creating a strategic plan for optimized productivity in our process and day-to-day managements.
• Build a deep understanding of the product/category as well as the key customer demographic that it appeals to planning and executing as per the plan.
• Identify and execute next product launches on the basis of the trends or demands in the targeted market.
• Stay up-to-date with the market development and delivering a portfolio of the products with continuously pushing boundaries
• Ensure continuous margin improvements for the business while delivering the top-notch quality and high degree of customer experience.
• The individual must have strong business judgement with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills.
• Should be able to create a high power and engaged team to deliver business goals.
• Achieve growth and incremental revenue targets.
• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes and overseeing employees, establishing highly-motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
• Lead, manage and guide the larger alliance teams to work towards one goal that we have.
• Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employee and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and cultural values.
Requirements
• 10-12 years of work experience is preferred in category management
• Experience managing complex operations teams and past experience in managing employees on senior level.
• Strong business development experience – sound in building partnerships across multiple marketplaces
• Solid problem-solving ability, analytical and operational design mindset.
• Strong decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication skills with influencing abilities are a must.
• Should have working in amazon, Etsy, Walmart or website
• Creative bent of mind and ability to think strategically.
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities
