Job Description
As a Head Retail Operations you will be responsible for managing the business strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsible for overall P&L and success of the Retail (Offline) vertical of Pet care Business:
1. Responsible for overall Business Plan and Expansion of Retail Stores.
Managing Sales Growth and Operations of Retail Outlets.
2. Store Expansion - COCO, FOFO, as applicable in alignment with the Business Plan to achieve defined ROI/IRR.
3. Budgeting and overseeing P&L for ensuring achievement of Cost, Expense and Profitability KPIs.
4. Define SOPs and drive implementation.
5. People & Team Development, Engagement, and overall Employee Satisfaction at Retail Business Level in alignment with HR Team.
6. Pricing, Promotions, Marketing to drive Growth for Retail Stores/Clusters (Existing and New Stores) and applicable verticals, i.e. Retail Products, Services, Pet Grooming, Events, etc. in co-ordination with specific Function Leads.
• 6 to 14 Years of experience in Retail
• MBA in Sales & Marketing/Retail/General Management from a Tier 1 Institute (Preferred
