JOB PURPOSE:
To maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human
resources policies, programs, and practices.
SCOPE:
Direct reportees: None Indirect reportees: None
External agencies: Recruitment consultancies
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for controlling cost on stationary, consumables, staff welfare, monthly meetings etc.
Responsible for maintaining Total staffing level present in Cinemas.
Responsible for checking Attrition lower than 60% annualized per site.
Responsible for OnTime completion of joining formalities including Offer letter, Emp codes, mediclaim ESIC cards, uniforms, ID cards.
Responsible for AllFnF to be sent for processing with accurate and complete details in stipulated time.
Responsible for Minimizing Rejection cases of FnF.
Responsible for Maintaining HRIS Data, Ontime data entry, New Joinee Entry, Transfer, Exit, Other Master Details,Maintaining Personal files & Updating the same.
Responsible for Kronos Enrolment for new joinees& Deactivation for resigned.
Responsible for Get Exceptions clear, updates and Attendance of kronos matching manual and proper signoff.
Errorless Attendance for payroll processing with 100% accuracy.
Responsible for Audit Reports and Ratings achieved in HR dept.
Responsible for Sending Reports / MIS & cost related details on weekly / monthly basis to HR SPOC.
Responsible for Liaison for survey, inspection, notice follow-ups and closure of notices and Prevention of default on any compliance.

Qualification:
Educational: MBA/PGDBM in Human Resource Management (Full Time)
Professional:
Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers may apply)
