Campaign Analytics Team Lead – Retail Assets (PL, CD, HL, LAP, LAS)
8+ years of Experience in managing and analysing Digital Campaigns for Retail Loans
Identify Right Channel, Right Mode and Right Time to reach out to customer
Design innovative Ideas to improve campaign Repose Rate
Customer Segmentation/Micro-segmentation using sophisticated analytics techniques
Optimization of Campaign Spends
Analysing the Customer Drops-offs during the Digital Journey
Use of external/internal alternate data
Design Campaign Effectives Matrices and Effective Performance Monitoring
Innovator with out-of-box thinking to provide analytical solutions to business problems
Experience in managing 6-8 member team.
Effective Stakeholder Management. Engagement with Business Heads, Product Teams and Marketing Teams
Preferably with Banks/NBFCs/Fin-tech background
Education Background: MBA, Masters from Tier I or Tier II institutes
