Key Responsibilities
• Audit and map all critical data sources (CRM, e-commerce, POS).
• Define a unified data schema and select the appropriate data warehouse and ETL/ELT tool.
• Draft clear RFPs/SOWs and evaluate proposals from specialized agencies.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and oversee external delivery milestones.
• Set up and configure a BI platform with real-time dashboards.
• Design data models, KPIs, metrics, and self-service reporting layers for various business areas.
• Perform trend analyses, anomaly detection, and cohort reporting.
• Present insights and regular performance reviews to stakeholders.
