Your one-of-a-kind new role:
As a Travel Associates Business Leader, you will bring your proven leadership and mentoring experience combined with travel consultant experience to the role. You will be responsible for ensuring the success and growth of the business and your consultants within. You will lead a team comprised of Australia’s most respected travel advisors and become part of a leading national luxury travel network - connecting you with the world’s most sought-after destinations, suppliers, and industry partners. You will support your team in their efforts to deliver exclusive benefits to every single client in order to build and maintain their own repeat and referral database, generated through our luxury and local marketing avenues.
Your one-of-a-kind benefits:
Guaranteed Earnings During Transition – Flexible remuneration options tailored to your experience and existing client base, with guaranteed income support during your transition.
Uncapped Earnings with a base wage + commissions - Currently annual average earnings of $110,000 OTE including super across the brand

You’ll be invited to experience luxury cruise, hotels and experiences, ensuring your recommendations are informed, authentic and confident. Quality time with clients - as a Travel Associates consultant we don’t service a queue, we meet with our clients at a mutually agreed time in exquisitely designed business locations. We learn about them and form lasting connections to create a travel partnership that is ongoing and repeated

As a Travel Advisor for Travel Associates, you run your day and your client relationships to suit your own unique style.
