BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE – Boston, MA
The Business Litigation Group of the Boston office of McCarter & English seeks a litigation associate with 3-5 years of business litigation experience. Candidates must have litigation experience in the Massachusetts state and federal courts with specific expertise in complex commercial litigation matters, including matters involving breach of contract, commercial torts, +3A and related claims. Experience with the real estate industry and clients is a plus. Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school and strong legal writing and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in an AmLaw 200 firm, along with experience drafting pleadings, conducting research, managing discovery, and taking depositions in complex civil and real estate litigation.
