Individual role Graduate in any stream – Commerce Preferred 2 years of Sales experience in Loans – Business Loan, Personal Loans, Loan against property Leads will be provided. But, self-sourcing is important. 80% FOS role Channel ( DSA) management experience added advantage. Good written and verbal communication. Well groomed Immediate joiners preferred. (15-20 days) CTC – 4.5 LPA. Incentive structure in place. ( Salary composition will be 85% fixed , 15% variable).
