Business Loan Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads: Actively seek out and identify potential clients who require business loans through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research. Conduct thorough assessments: Evaluate the financial needs and creditworthiness of prospective clients by analyzing their business plans, financial statements, credit histories, and other relevant documents. Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong and trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and providing personalized financial solutions that meet their needs. Present loan options: Present and explain the available loan options, interest rates, repayment terms, and associated fees to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the loan products. Negotiate terms and conditions: Work closely with clients to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for the business loans, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams: Liaise with credit underwriters, loan processors, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate the smooth processing and timely disbursement of approved loans. Stay updated: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and changes in lending policies and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
