Job Description
The hired candidate will work with us into all functional areas of Management starting off with Sales & Marketing then moving on to Human Resource Development & Management and finally Administration and Finance to eventually take over a managerial role with the company in future. All candidates will go through an on-the-job training based on a certified leadership development program.
Level 1: Learning Sales as a BUSINESS ASSOCIATE
Level 2: Learning Human Resource Development .i.e. Recruitment/Training & Development as a CORPORATE TRAINER
Level 3: Learning how to manage a team through performance appraisal, monitoring growth& sector management as a TEAM LEADER
Level 4: Learning basics of Finance & Administration while handling a team of 7-10 people as an ASSISTANT MANAGER
Level 5: Taking responsibility of Operations for a Business Unit as a BUSINESS OWNER
