Domain Description :
Accounts & Deposits is a domain in Enterprise Servies of CIO PB Germany which delivers innovative software solutions for various divisions in Germany focussing on the topis Current Account and Depsosits. This comprises the e-2-e responsibility for the process involved as well as the analysis of the underlying business processes and the entire SDLC of the owned applications. We are a core part of the backend banking infrastructure and at the same time an important factor and enablen of the front to back digitalization initiatives of the bank.
Our vision is to improve the quality and the cost efficiency of the projects as well as of the day-to-day services.
Position Description
Definition und Responsibility:
The Business Management Analyst provides and support services for projects, project managers, project offices or programme offices and helps delivering project tasks. These services are provided to assist the organisation in achieving the intended outputs and outcomes of the relevant projects and programmes.
The Business Management Analyst is responsible for quality assurance activities in project/programme management across the portfolio. The Business Management Analyst will also focus on driving quality improvements.
Business Management Analyst acts as single point of contact for multiple stakeholders within the division.
In this context you will coordinate activities across multiple teams (horizontals) and have direct work relations with our internal stakeholders.
Task breakdown:
• Support of the projects initiation, planning, governance, controlling and closing based on dbClarity.
• Managing financials for the domain, including forecasting in Clarity and Financial Books and Records, CapEx control and management, financials governance and other ad hoc tasks
• Performs project-related tasks.
• Documents and tracks any or all of requirements, budgets, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits and other related project artefacts.
• Supports project and programme awareness and delivers reports and analysis concerning results and potential risk towards the management
