Job Title: Business Management Analyst
Location: Pune, India
Role Description
The Business Management Analyst focuses on supporting activities, which are in the main to ensure the delivery of other Business Management team members' responsibilities. The tasks with which a Business Management Analyst is involved may be biased toward liaison, collation and analytical tasks, which then aids the building their knowledge base. The involvement is likely to be limited to a selection from the range Business Management activities (cost, performance, headcount) at any one time. Typically the Business Management Analyst has no line reporting responsibilities and liaison is usually limited to internal contact points.
This role is part of the TDI COO Central Workforce Management team. The person is responsible for the governance, tracking, reporting of various resource management related activities and has to ensure that change initiatives are understood, and governance is established in coordination with the global change management practices

Your key responsibilities
• Provide high-quality end to end reporting & analytical services
• Develop & maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including
• Finance, Business Owners, HR, Program Managers
• Understand the cost drivers within the cost base to provide insight to the TDI
• •Prepare & review monthly forecasting, full-year plan
• Leverage best practices & process excellence ways of working across all processes
• Target Operating Model (Definition & execution of TOM), closely track the headcount movements and provide updates to the management
• Further development of the performance management process and related projects
• Organization of a smooth delivery process of KPI-relevant parameters (definition, current measured values, goals, comments, etc.) as the basis for the creation of monthly management scorecards.
• Creation of performance review documents for senior management in TDI and the COO TDI
• Comprehensive analysis and modeling of structural relationships (FTE, forecast, "what-if scenarios")
• Responsibility for the achievement of the corresponding goals of the TDI WM team
• Leading role within relevant working groups; Preparation and participation in meetings with senior management
• Proactively identifying, reconciling and escalating expenses vs budget issues
• Resource Management, hiring, attrition, seating, internalization tracking etc.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automating the current business processes to avoid manual intervention
• Responsible for managing the cost allocation and handling business queries
• Timely response to ad-hoc queries from senior management
Your skills and experience
• Preferably CA / MBA from a reputed institution
• Strong Business Management knowledge especially in Headcount tracking and reporting
• 8-10 years of work experience
• Proven change management & process improvement experience
• Strong written & oral communication skills
• Able to work with global stakeholders
• Capable of handling different important tasks simultaneously, with the ability to challenge & prioritize
• Proficient in advanced Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau would be added advantage
• Familiar with project management & governance
